Refund Policy

Overview

We guarantee your product will arrive in good condition. If there is any damage or issue with it, we will replace or refund it. Since these are 100% custom made-to-order products, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you made a personalization mistake or change your mind about the star map.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, just send us a photo of it along with the damaged box within 30 days of your purchase and we’re happy to fully replace it. Any longer than 30 days after the purchase date and we may not be able to provide a replacement.

If there’s any issues with the quality of the star map, just take a photo and send it to us so we can rush you out a replacement.

Please do not send your purchase back, just contact us: admin@thestarsabove.co and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

If we are able to give you a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just send us an email at admin@thestarsabove.co

Shipping returns
