Products and Services
The Stars Above Co. creates handcrafted, custom star maps in digital, poster, and framed formats. Each piece is individually produced using astronomical imaging software along with manual artistic editing.
We strive to display and describe our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee exact color or detail accuracy due to variations in device screens and printing processes.
Product Availability
We aim to keep all products available. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Corrections
We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time. We may cancel or refuse any order placed using incorrect information.
Personalized Star Maps
Each star map is created by hand after you place your order. Because this is a handcrafted process, variations may occur.
Design Proof Option
We do not show automated previews during checkout because our maps are individually created. Many customers prefer the final piece to be a surprise. However, you may choose a five dollar design proof at checkout if you want to approve your design before printing or shipping.
If selected, we will send your proof by email for approval before production continues.
Payments
We accept major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other third party processors.
Payments must be completed at checkout. If a payment fails, your order may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Poster prints include free shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and estimates for international orders appear during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, and other external factors can affect delivery. We are not responsible for these delays.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Custom Products
All star maps are custom made. Once we begin working on your order, it cannot be refunded or returned unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve it.
Damage or Errors
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days with photos. We will replace the item at no cost.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You use our website and products at your own risk.
